Silver Sands is a very quiet exclusive complex with 42 units. Unlike most other complexes where most or all of the units are available for short term rentals, at Silver Sands only 17 are available for short term renting giving you fewer people to share the pool, beach, tennis court or Bocce Ball Court. It gives you a serene and peaceful stay.

Snorkel right off the Silver Sands beach or take a short, 5-minute walk to Cemetery Reef, one of the best-known snorkeling spots on the island. The Silver Sands beach is a popular turtle nesting spot during the summer and fall months. If you are lucky, maybe you will be on the property when a 400 pound female sea turtle comes on the beach at night and lays her eggs. If you are even luckier, you will wake up one morning to find tiny turtle hatchlings that have been misdirected from the sea to various areas of the Silver Sands grounds, including our pool. How exciting it is to help redirect the tiny hatchlings back to the sea!
